  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value. Please refer to the checkout page for details.

3. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the courier's website.

5. Delivery Issues:

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Proof of purchase is provided, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

    • The item is not included in our list of non-returnable items (see section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Personalized or customized items.

    • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.

    • Gift cards or vouchers.

3. Returns Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a returns authorization (RA) number.

  • Please package the item securely and include the RA number along with your name, address, and order number inside the package.

  • Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 10 business days.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered as an alternative.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
